The Women Techsters Bootcamp strives to provide adequate learning opportunities for participants to develop relevant coding skills, jump-start careers, or fill in knowledge gaps from emerging technologies. It is a three-week introductory class for girls and women aged between 16 and 40 in one of six learning tracks: Cybersecurity, Data Analysis, Product Design, Product Management, Software Development and Technical Project Management

The Women Techsters Bootcamp 2025 (Cohort 4.1) is a 3-week intensive, tuition-free virtual training designed to equip young women in Africa with practical digital and tech skills. The program aims to bridge the gender gap in technology by providing learning opportunities, mentorship, and exposure to emerging technologies.
