  • Submit a handwritten essay (maximum 750 words, not typed)
  • Upload a recent passport photograph

  • Stage 1: Call for entries – 12 best essays selected
  • Stage 2: Final physical test – Winner, 1st Runner-up, and 2nd Runner-up announced
