The Reach Oxford Scholarship (formerly Oxford Student Scholarship) is offered to talented students from low-income and developing countries who cannot pursue a degree in their home country due to financial, political, or educational barriers. It provides full financial support to study at the University of Oxford.

All undergraduate courses except Medicine.

Students from low-income or developing countries listed on the OECD DAC list, who:
- Have applied for and secured an offer of admission at Oxford through UCAS by 15 October 2025.
- Demonstrate outstanding academic ability, financial need, and social commitment.
- Are applying for their first undergraduate degree.
- Intend to return to their home country after graduation.
How are Applicants Selected?
Selection is based on academic excellence, financial need, social commitment, and the inability to study in one’s home country. Only those with an Oxford admission offer are considered.
Which Countries Are Eligible?
Applicants must be nationals of countries receiving official development assistance from the OECD DAC list (includes countries across Africa, Asia, Latin America, and others).

How Many Awards?
Around 2–3 scholarships are awarded each year.
What is the Benefit of the Award?
- Full course fees covered.
- Living costs grant for the duration of the degree (3–4 years).
- One return airfare per year to and from the UK.

3–4 years depending on the length of the degree program.

- Apply for an undergraduate course at Oxford through UCAS by 15 October 2025.
- Secure an offer of admission.
- Apply for the Reach Oxford Scholarship online between 14 January and 4 February 2026 (12 noon UK time).
- Selection will take place in March 2026, with results announced in May 2026.
