The MAPP Erasmus Mundus Scholarship is a fully funded two-year Master’s in Public Policy (MAPP), supported by the Erasmus+ program of the European Union. It is offered to outstanding applicants from both EU and non-EU countries.

  • International Institute of Social Studies of Erasmus University Rotterdam – ISS (Netherlands)

Students benefit from a mobility track, studying in at least two universities during the program.

Who Can Apply?

Applicants must:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree (at least 3 years) from a recognized university.
  • Have obtained at least Upper Second-Class Honours (2:1), B+, or equivalent.
  • Show motivation for public policy, through a statement of purpose.
  • Demonstrate English proficiency (waived if applicant is from an English-speaking country or holds a degree fully taught in English).
