The Youth Spotlight Award 3.0, organized by NGYouthSDGs, celebrates outstanding young Nigerians who are advancing innovative and impactful solutions to social and environmental challenges while linking their work to public policy.
Now in its third edition, the award recognizes young changemakers leading community action, technology and innovation, advocacy, awareness campaigns, and initiatives that create opportunities for education and employment.
Which Fields are Eligible?
The award is open to initiatives addressing one or more of the following Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs):
- SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being
- SDG 4: Quality Education
- SDG 5: Gender Equality
- SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth
- SDG 9: Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure
- SDG 13: Climate Action
- SDG 16: Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions
- SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals

- Ability to demonstrate community leadership and policy linkage
- Proven record of creating positive change and inspiring others
