The Nestlé Technical Training Program is an 18-month intensive hands-on career training program organized by Nestlé Nigeria in partnership with the Swiss Confederation. It equips young Nigerian graduates with practical engineering skills to bridge the gap between classroom knowledge and real-world technical applications in the food manufacturing sector.

Who can Apply?
- Nigerian graduates with a National Diploma (ND) at a minimum of Lower Credit, obtained not earlier than 2022 from a recognized Polytechnic.
- Applicants must have at least four (4) O-Level credits in one sitting, including Mathematics, English Language, Physics, and one other science subject.
