- Bridging Visa ‘E’ (V050)
- Temporary Protection Visa (V785)
- Safe Haven Enterprise Visa (V790)

❌ Not eligible: Bridging Visa ‘A’ holders and international students on a standard Student Visa.
How are Applicants Selected?
Applicants are assessed based on:
- A 300-word personal statement highlighting community involvement, leadership, and future contributions.
- Evidence of financial hardship (e.g., Health Care Card, Youth Allowance, bank statements).
- A reference letter (written within the last 12 months) supporting the personal statement.
Preference is given to applicants who have completed a Vocational Education program at Swinburne.

How Many Awards?
A limited number of scholarships are available each year across eligible programs.

- Full tuition fee waiver
- Materials fees covered (for Vocational Education programs)
- Concession fees covered (for ASVET Certificate courses)
- Up to $7,500 per year stipend (for TPV & SHEV holders enrolled in courses longer than 12 months)
⚠️ Note: Government income support may cease once enrolled. Students must plan alternative sources of financial support (e.g., part-time work).
How Long Will the Award Last?
⏳ The scholarship covers the full duration of the recipient’s program (undergraduate, diploma, or advanced diploma).
