- Must be a resident or indigene of Oyo State.
- Must be a student of any recognized institution in Nigeria.
- Must be aged 18–35 years old.
How are Applicants Selected?
Entries will be judged based on originality, creativity, structure, understanding of the topic, depth of research, and application of real-life examples, particularly referencing Oyo State. Any plagiarism or AI-generated content leads to automatic disqualification.
