Matrix Energy Limited, through the Abdulkabir Aliu Foundation (AAF), in collaboration with the Department of Materials Science and Engineering, Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Ile-Ife, is offering fully funded postgraduate scholarships for Master’s and PhD students in Materials Engineering. The program aims to empower postgraduate scholars with academic, research, and industry exposure opportunities.

Who can Apply?
- Master’s Applicants (2 years):
- Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Materials Engineering, Metallurgical & Materials Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of Second-Class Upper Division (2:1).
- PhD Applicants (3 years):
- Must hold a Master’s degree in Materials Engineering, Metallurgical & Materials Engineering, or a related field.
- Master’s must be research-based with at least 60% weighted average in coursework.

Applications will be reviewed by a joint panel from AAF and the Department of Materials Science and Engineering, OAU.
