Who can Apply?
Applicants must:
- Be a citizen of a non-EU/EEA country.
- Have provisional admission to a UT Master’s programme for 2026/2027.
- Not have graduated from a UT (under)graduate programme.
- Belong to the top 5–10% of their graduating class.
- Hold a valid UT student number after securing admission.
- Meet English language requirements:
- IELTS 6.5 overall, with at least 6.0 in speaking, OR
- TOEFL iBT 90, with at least 20 in speaking.
- Be able to finance remaining study/living costs (UTS is partial funding).
- Comply with Dutch visa conditions (if applicable).
❌ Not eligible: Dutch students, EU/EEA students, ITC faculty programmes, pre-Master’s, or students eligible for Dutch study loans.

- Average grade ≥ 7/10 by end of 3rd quartile.
- At least 50% of ECs earned.

- 1 year (renewable for 2nd year upon strong academic performance).
