- Hold a minimum of Second-Class Upper in a related field
- Be 30 years or younger by December 31, 2024
- Have 0–2 years of relevant work experience
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Be open to working in any Cormart location (within or outside Nigeria)

Chemistry, Food Science, Agriculture, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Marketing, Business Admin, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, and Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, etc.)
