The initiative aligns with the Federal Government’s “Renewed Hope Agenda” and aims to reduce unemployment through skill-building, enterprise creation, and inclusive economic growth.

Participants can choose from high-demand fields such as:
- Vocational Skills: Soap making, catering, GSM repair, tailoring, makeup, etc.
- Tech & Digital: Digital marketing, computer operations, cloud computing, AI basics
- Agriculture: Poultry, fish farming, rabbitry, irrigation farming, organic farming
- Cultural Crafts: Pottery, weaving, tie & dye, leatherwork, basket making
- Business & Enterprise: Entrepreneurship training, business planning, SME support
