The DIAGEO Learning for Life (L4L) Program is a hospitality and business skills training initiative for Nigerian youth facing barriers to employment or education. It equips participants with industry-standard hospitality, life, and employability skills. The 2025 flagship edition will train 250 young people and offer internship placements in top hospitality businesses in Lagos, with employment opportunities for outstanding participants.
