All academic fields in NCE, ND, HND, Undergraduate, and Postgraduate levels, in both Nigerian and foreign institutions, are eligible.

- Must be a bonafide indigene of Adamawa State
- Must be enrolled in a recognized tertiary institution in Nigeria or abroad
- Must be in any of the following categories:
- 100 Level (UTME)
- 200 Level (Direct Entry)
- ND I
- HND I
- NCE I

Applicants are selected based on:
- Eligibility verification (state indigene status)
- Academic standing
- Submitted documents

- Polytechnic/College students: ₦7,500 per session
