🎯 Aim of the Scholarship
To honor the legacy of the late Governor Sir Edward Youde by funding outstanding Hong Kong students to pursue full-time undergraduate degrees abroad. Scholars are expected to return and contribute to the Hong Kong SAR after graduation.

✅ Who is Eligible?
Applicants must:
- Be permanent residents of Hong Kong
- Have completed at least 5 years of continuous full-time education in Hong Kong
- Be proficient in English and Chinese
- Fulfill admission and application requirements of their chosen overseas programs
- Not need to hold offers at the time of application, but can indicate up to 10 combinations of intended universities and courses
