The NIPES Chinwe Foundation Scholarship, launched in collaboration with Fellow Chinwe Chinonso Iwuanyanwu, offers a total of ₦1,000,000 to support outstanding Nigerian undergraduates pursuing degrees in science, engineering, medicine, pharmacy, and related fields. The initiative aims to reward academic excellence, encourage practical skill development, and promote diversity in STEM education.

Who can Apply?
✅ Applicants must:
- Be currently enrolled in an accredited higher institution in Nigeria
- Be studying science or engineering-related courses
- Be in 100-level or above
- Have completed at least two free NIPES online courses
- Submit a personal statement referencing skills gained from the courses
- Be a NIPES student member (optional, but prioritized)
How are Applicants Selected?
📋 Selection is based on:
- Completion of two NIPES online courses
- Quality of the personal statement
- NIPES membership status
- Passion for STEM and alignment with NIPES’s values
- Academic performance and commitment to personal growth

🌍 Nigeria only
Where will the Award be Taken?
🏫 At any accredited Nigerian university, polytechnic, or college of education

🔢 5 scholarships, each worth ₦200,000

How to Apply:
The application process is in 3 stages as follows:
- Register on the NIPES website as a student member (for non-members) here
- Complete a free NIPES online course of your choice here.
- Submit your personal statement (1000 words), explaining the skills you learned from the course and how they apply to your academic or career goals here. NB. Provide proof of enrollment and student ID and Include your NIPES membership number (if applicable).
