CIPM Annual Essay Competition for Nigerians
Entries for the Annual CIPM Essay Competition 2025 are currently being accepted by the Chatered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM).
All undergraduates are eligible to enter the CIPM Essay Competition, with the winners receiving ₦750,000.00 in cash awards, books, and resources in addition to a trip to Abuja for the organization’s conference and grand ceremony.

The CIPM Annual Essay Competition 2025 is organized by the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM) and is open to undergraduate students in Nigerian tertiary institutions. It promotes academic engagement with real-world HR issues. Winners will receive cash prizes, HRM books, free student membership, and an all-expense-paid trip to Abuja for the CIPM International Conference.

All academic fields are eligible. However, the essay must address a topic related to Human Resource Management and employee wellbeing.

- Undergraduate students enrolled in any Nigerian tertiary institution
- Must submit a valid student ID card, admission letter, passport photo, and contact information
How are Applicants Selected?
Submissions are evaluated based on:
- Relevance to the topic
- Originality and creativity
- Quality of analysis and writing
- Correct APA referencing (6th Edition)
- Adherence to formatting and anti-plagiarism rules

Where will the Essay Presentation Take Place?
Winners will attend the CIPM International Conference in Abuja, Nigeria, fully sponsored by the organizers.
