De Beers Group International Graduate Development Programme 2025 for Botswana Youths. A two (2) year rotational Graduate Programme aimed at individuals looking to launch their career within De Beers, giving them the opportunity to make an impact from day one. Throughout the programme, you will experience amazing opportunities from undertaking real-life placements across our business units. Across nine placements, you will get to experience many different aspects of the work we do here at De Beers Group.
