The Moroccan government has formally started applications for the 2025–2026 Moroccan Government Scholarships, providing hundreds of fully financed undergraduate, graduate, and vocational training study opportunities. This is a significant boost for international academic mobility. The Kingdom of Morocco, through bilateral cooperation agreements, is offering fully funded scholarships to students from Liberia and Zambia for the 2025/2026 academic year. 👤 Who Can Apply?

Liberian Applicants Must:

  • Be a Liberian citizen
  • Have graduated from high school in 2023 or 2024
  • Hold a WAEC/WASSCE certificate with credits in Math & English
  • Have a minimum “B” average (≥80%)
  • Be ≤28 years (TVET) or ≤22 years (Bachelor’s) by Sept 1, 2025
  • Be in good health

Zambian Applicants Must:

  • Be a Zambian national
  • Meet the minimum academic requirements for their desired field
  • Hold valid academic transcripts and certificates
  • Be medically fit
  • Fulfill age and qualification criteria as per Moroccan government standards

  1. Notarized high school diploma, transcript, and WAEC/WASSCE certificate
  2. Copy of birth certificate
  3. Valid biometric ECOWAS passport
  4. Recent medical certificate (preferably from Jorkpen Town Medical Lab)
  5. Six passport-size photos (white background)
  6. Statement of Intent
  7. Curriculum Vitae (CV) with contact info
  8. Two recommendation letters
  9. Recent police clearance
