The Transnet National Ports Authority (TNPA) Graduate Internship Programme offers a structured 24-month training experience for recent graduates. Interns will be placed in specific areas within the Port of Durban based on their academic background, career goals, and business needs. The internship provides on-the-job training, development reviews, and the opportunity to gain practical work experience under the guidance of qualified professionals.

Who can Apply for the Transnet National Ports Authority Graduate Internship Program?

The eligibility criteria include:

  • South African citizens only.
  • Aged between 18–35 years.
  • Must hold a National Diploma or Degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Must have no prior work experience in the field of study.
  • Preference will be given to applicants residing in KwaZulu-Natal.
  • People with disabilities are encouraged to apply.
