The Rand Water Learnership Programme combines classroom learning with hands-on workplace training. It’s designed to help learners understand how to manage the procurement and supply of goods and services, negotiate with suppliers, and monitor contracts and schedules effectively.

Rand Water is offering 10 learnership positions, with 5 reserved for people with disabilities.

Who can Apply?

The Rand Water Learnership Programme is open to South African youth who:

  • Are unemployed and not enrolled in any current study or learnership.
  • Hold a Matric certificate with Mathematics Literacy and English at Level 4 or higher.
  • Are between 18 and 35 years old.
  • Have a valid South African ID and can provide SAQA verification for their qualifications.
  • For people with disabilities, proof of disability is required, and deaf applicants must provide their own interpreters.
