- Full-time first-year undergraduate students in the 2025/2026 academic session
- Must have a minimum of five O’Level credits, including Mathematics and English, in one sitting (WASC, SSCE, or NECO)
- Minimum JAMB UTME score of 200
- Aged between 18 and 25
- Must not be a beneficiary of any other scholarship, bursary, or grant
- Not a spouse, child, ward, or direct relation of an NLNG staff

- Successful candidates submit additional mandatory documents for final verification
