The GTS is an intensive program designed to attract, retain, and accelerate the development of ambitious and talented graduates through a combination of on-the-job training, as well as structured learning and development programs.

Must have a National Diploma (ND) in any of the following disciplines:
Chemical Engineering Technology
Electrical / Electronic Engineering Technology
Mechanical Engineering Technology

Who can Apply for the SEPLAT Energy Applied Technology Training Program?
Applicants to this program must meet the following criteria:
- Must be Nigerians
- Must have a National Diploma (ND) in any of the following disciplines:
- Chemical Engineering Technology
- Electrical / Electronic Engineering Technology
- Mechanical Engineering Technology
- Petroleum Engineering Technology
- Must have graduated with a minimum of Upper Credit obtained no earlier than 2023. Please note that applicants with higher qualification, will not be considered
- Must possess a government issued Identity card (Voters Card, National ID, Valid Driver’s License, International Passport)

Skills:
Applicants are also to possess the following skills:
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Good problem-solving skills, curiosity, and a great appetite for learning
