About the Internship
The Red Bull Graduate Program is an 18-month, full-time development program. It aims to help you realize your potential and prepare you for a permanent role at Red Bull. The program combines on-the-job learning (70%), feedback and relationships (20%), and formal training (10%). You will join one of several teams, including Sales & Distribution, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Media, Information Technology, or Talent (HR).
Graduates tackle real business challenges and receive support from experienced managers. The program encourages self-directed growth, so you can shape your own career path. As a result, you gain valuable experience and skills that set you up for future success.
Responsibilities
- Take on a full-time role in your chosen business function (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Media, IT, or HR).
