The Academic Excellence Scholarships 2026 are merit-based awards offered by the School of Engineering at the University of Warwick. For autumn 2026 entry, up to 20 scholarships worth £5,000 each will be awarded to academically outstanding students joining selected taught master’s programmes in engineering and related STEM fields.

- MSc Advanced Mechanical Engineering
- MSc Biomedical Engineering
- MSc Communications and Information Engineering
- MSc Electrical and Electronic Engineering
- MSc Electrical Power Engineering
- MSc Humanitarian Engineering
- MSc Humanitarian Engineering (with Sustainability)
- MSc Humanitarian Engineering (with Management)
- MSc Diagnostics, Data and Digital Health
- MSc Diagnostics, Data and Digital Health (Medical Diagnostics)
- MSc Diagnostics, Data and Digital Health (Medical Imaging)
- MSc Predictive Modelling and Scientific Computing

Who can Apply?
Applicants must:
- Be Home or International students.
- Hold a conditional offer by 30 April 2026 for one of the eligible master’s programmes.
- Demonstrate academic excellence through their application and final/predicted degree results.
- Note: Home students awarded a University of Warwick Taught Master’s Scholarship are not eligible for this award.
How are Applicants Selected?
- Automatic consideration (no separate application required).
- Selection based on academic excellence and predicted/final degree results.
- Conditional offer holders must achieve their predicted grades to secure the award.

- All countries (Home and International students).
