The Dr Fola Aina Fellowship Program is a leadership and mentorship programme open to all young Nigerians between the ages 21 and 35 years. The fellowship supports young Nigerian leaders as they spur growth and prosperity, strengthen credible governance, and enhance peace and security across Nigeria.

- Nigerian citizens aged 21–35 (exceptional applicants aged 18–21 may be considered)
- Male or female
- Residents in Nigeria for at least six months before application
- Able to commit at least 3 hours weekly to fellowship activities
- Proficient in English
- Not employees or immediate family of employees of the Triola Aina Foundation
- Not alumni of the Dr. Fola Aina Fellowship
