Responsibilities

As an intern in news, you’ll:

• Become fully involved in the daily activities of the newsroom, such as pursuing stories, producing content, and reaching editorial judgements.
• Work together on field assignments with reporters, photographers, and other newsroom staff.
• Create and present captivating narratives for a range of platforms.
• Gain exposure to press conferences and story coverage while helping with newsroom initiatives.

Eligibility Requirements

In order to be considered for the Paramount News Internship, you need to:

Get Up to $100,000 Student Loan for Your Master in US or Canada.

• Enrol in a junior, senior, or master’s programme starting in the fall of 2026.
• Make a commitment to work five days a week, full-time, for ten weeks beginning in June 2026.
• possess the ability to work in the United States (no sponsorship available).
• Show that you are passionate about narrative and journalism.
