The GRIPS Fully Funded Scholarships 2026 offer outstanding international students the opportunity to pursue master’s or doctoral studies in public policy, economics, public finance, governance, maritime security, innovation policy, and related fields.
These scholarships—funded by MEXT, IMF, JICA, World Bank, ADB, and other partners—cover the full cost of graduate study in Japan while preparing students for high-level roles in government, development, and global policy institutions.
