The Umholi we Africa (UwA) Fellowship is a fully funded 12-month leadership program for exceptional young African professionals. Fellows are placed in high-impact government and policy roles, working with ministers, members of parliament, and senior public leaders to contribute to national development, governance, and institutional transformation.

- Be a graduate of either the African Leadership Academy (ALA) or the Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program
- Hold at least a bachelor’s degree
- Have a minimum of 4 years professional experience
- Demonstrate passion for public service and governance
