The NOVA Bank Graduate Trainee Program (NGTP) is a one-year immersive training experience designed to groom the next generation of banking innovators. The programme equips young Nigerian graduates with practical skills through a blend of classroom training, hands-on project work, and executive mentorship. Participants will work directly with teams shaping NOVA Bank’s digital transformation, customer-centric strategies, and new financial solutions.
