The Canva Africa Design Challenge 2025 is a continent-wide creative competition inviting young African designers and creators to produce practical Canva templates that support local businesses. The challenge encourages culturally relevant, easy-to-edit templates such as WhatsApp menus, business cards, rate cards, pitch slides, catalogues, and branding kits. Winning entries will be showcased on Canva and used by millions of businesses.

Where will the Award be Taken?
Online — submissions are made through the official Canva Challenge platform.

Five (5) winners will be selected.

How to Apply:
- Create an original Canva template tailored to African entrepreneurs (e.g., WhatsApp menus, invoices, social media designs, business cards, brand boards).
- Submit your template through the official entry form.
- Add a short 150-word artist statement describing who the design is for and how it helps them grow.
- You may submit multiple entries (one template per entry).
