The Transcorp Young Engineer Development Programme (Transcorp Ignite 2026) is a 12-month intensive training and work-based development initiative designed to equip young Nigerian engineers with practical experience in power generation.
The programme includes structured learning, real-life engineering exposure, rotational placements across Transcorp Power plants, and opportunities for full employment upon completion.

Applicants must:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in any relevant engineering field
- Have 0–1 year of work experience
- Be passionate about building a career in the power and energy sector
- Be willing to participate fully from January to December 2026
