  • Be Abian or a resident of Abia State
  • Be below 45 years as of December 31, 2025
  • Possess at least one of the following qualifications:
    • Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE)
    • Bachelor’s Degree (B.Ed, B.Sc, or B.A)
    • Master’s Degree (M.Ed or M.Sc)
    • Doctorate Degree (Ph.D)
  • Those without formal teaching credentials can apply but must obtain a recognized teaching qualification within two years of employment.
