The Talent Scout Paid Remote Internship provides Nigerian students an opportunity to gain global-facing work experience in talent sourcing and remote work. Interns receive hands-on training, mentorship, and performance-based earnings while working part-time from anywhere in Nigeria.

- Based on CV, motivation/cover letter, digital literacy, remote work readiness, and performance in assessments/interviews
- Selection stages: Application → 45-min assessment → 15-min intro call → 15-min final interview
