The program aims to equip young Nigerians with the skills, tools, and mentorship necessary to strengthen the nation’s primary healthcare system. Fellows will actively contribute to the government’s mission to upgrade existing health facilities and build over 8,800 new primary healthcare centres (PHCs) across all 774 local government areas in Nigeria.

Participants will receive stipends, undergo training and mentorship, and gain hands-on field experience in health systems strengthening, governance, and community engagement.
