The True Colours Trust Africa Small Grants Programme—administered by the African Palliative Care Association (APCA)—supports local organizations across Africa working to improve healthcare, disability inclusion, child welfare, and palliative care services.
This 32nd round provides small-scale financial grants to empower community-based organizations developing sustainable and impactful initiatives. The programme aims to strengthen community health systems and promote inclusive access to quality care for vulnerable groups.
