The Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme (NJFP) is a prestigious youth empowerment fellowship launched by the Federal Government of Nigeria, in partnership with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the European Union.
The fellowship provides 12 months of paid work placement for talented Nigerian graduates in reputable organizations across the country. Through this initiative, fellows gain hands-on professional experience, mentorship, and career development opportunities — all while earning a monthly stipend of ₦150,000.
NJFP aims to bridge the gap between fresh graduates and the labor market by equipping participants with practical skills that enhance employability and contribute to national development.

Who can Apply?
Applicants must:
- Be Nigerian citizens.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree or HND from any discipline.
- Have graduated not earlier than 2022.
- Possess at least a Second-Class Lower (2.2) or Upper Credit (>3.00).
- Be 30 years old or younger.
- Be currently unemployed.
- Have completed NYSC or possess a valid exemption certificate.
- Demonstrate strong communication, time management, and leadership skills.
- Show passion for contributing to Nigeria’s socio-economic growth.

Selection is based on academic merit, demonstrated potential, and alignment with organizational needs. Shortlisted candidates will be matched with host organizations nationwide.
