The DHL GoTrade GBSN Fellowship Program 2026 connects postgraduate business students with small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in emerging markets. This 8-month experiential learning initiative provides students with hands-on consulting experience while supporting SMEs in expanding to international markets. The program is jointly developed by DHL and the Global Business School Network (GBSN).
Which Fields are Eligible?
Students from any commercial discipline may apply, but those with backgrounds in Marketing, Sales, Logistics, Operations, Law, Supply Chain, and eCommerce are especially encouraged.

Fellowship (Experiential Learning & Consulting Program)
Who can Apply?
Graduate students (MBA, MSc, Master’s, or PhD) enrolled at a participating GBSN member school at the start of the fellowship. Applicants must:
- Commit 12–15 hours per month for 8 months (starting March 2025)
- Be proficient in English (Spanish or Portuguese required for Latin America placements)
- Have prior work experience and strong analytical skills
- Possess an entrepreneurial and proactive mindset
How are Applicants Selected?
Selection is based on academic excellence, leadership potential, professional experience, language skills, and motivation demonstrated in the application video and résumé.

Students from GBSN member schools worldwide are eligible to apply.
Where will the Award be Taken?
The fellowship operates virtually and pairs students with SMEs in countries including Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, South Africa, Uganda, Namibia, Brazil, Mexico, Ecuador, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Ukraine, Chile, and El Salvador.
