Graduates who will finish their education by the end of 2025 or who have finished their education within the last 18 months and are unemployed are the program’s target audience. The BMW Group’s National Sales Company (Head Office) in Midrand, Johannesburg, will be the hub of operations for the graduates in Gauteng.

The BMW Group South Africa Graduate Programme 2026 is designed to provide young South African graduates with an opportunity to gain practical work experience and professional development within one of the world’s leading automobile brands. The programme aims to nurture talented graduates by exposing them to hands-on training, technical expertise, and leadership development at BMW’s National Sales Company (Head Office) in Midrand, Johannesburg.
