The BMW Group South Africa Graduate Programme 2026 is designed to provide young South African graduates with an opportunity to gain practical work experience and professional development within one of the world’s leading automobile brands. The programme aims to nurture talented graduates by exposing them to hands-on training, technical expertise, and leadership development at BMW’s National Sales Company (Head Office) in Midrand, Johannesburg.
It is open to graduates who have completed their studies within the last 18 months or will complete them by the end of 2025 and are currently unemployed.

Applicants must hold a university degree (or higher) with a minimum average of 65% in one of the following disciplines:
