The BoostHer Executive Virtual Assistance Course, launched by She Leads Africa (SLA) in collaboration with Jobberman, is a free online training program designed to empower young African women with the digital, administrative, and professional skills needed to thrive as virtual assistants.
As remote work continues to expand globally, this course prepares participants to confidently support CEOs, entrepreneurs, and organizations remotely — mastering productivity tools, managing communication, and executing administrative tasks efficiently.
Beyond technical training, BoostHer focuses on building soft skills like communication, organization, and time management while connecting participants to mentorship and job opportunities through the SLA community.
