1. Is this program really free?
Yes. The training is fully sponsored for selected applicants. However, you’ll need to commit your time, energy, and resources (laptop + internet). Nothing is “free” if you’re not serious.
2. Do I need editing experience to join?
No. You don’t need prior experience. But you must be ready to learn fast, follow instructions, and complete all assignments. We train both beginners and semi-skilled editors.
3. What tools will I be learning with?
We use Adobe Premiere Pro—the industry-standard editing software. You’ll also be exposed to helpful AI tools to speed up your work (e.g. Descript, Runway ML, and more).
4. What kind of laptop do I need?
Minimum requirement:
- 16GB RAM Core i5 processor (or higher)
- A reliable operating system (Windows or macOS)
- If you don’t have this, you may struggle with performance.
5. What happens after the training? Will I get a job?
- Top-performing students will: Be assigned real jobs within Chyberr Port
- Be connected to external paid clients
- Build a portfolio strong enough to pitch to international companies
- We don’t guarantee jobs—but we do guarantee opportunity. What you get depends on how you show up.
6. How long is the program?
The core training lasts 4–5 weeks, with tasks, assignments, and reviews weekly. Students who make it through may continue into real project assignments and placements for 1–3 months.
7. Is this a live class or self-paced course?
It’s a structured online program with: Curated pre-recorded lessons Daily or weekly assignments Peer reviews Mentor feedback Optional weekly live check-ins or review sessions This isn’t a “watch-and-relax” course. It’s performance-based.
8. Can I combine this with school or a job?
Only if you can dedicate at least 5–6 hours daily and meet all deadlines. The program is fast-paced and demanding. You must treat it like a job to earn from it later.
9. Will I receive a certificate?
Yes—but only if you:
